From 2009 to 2014, as Deputy Chief Vigilance Officer on Western Railway, he played key role for using Vigilance as a reformative and constructive tool to enhance integrity, transparency and productivity of the organisation and implemented Vigilance System Software (VSS). In appreciation for these efforts, he was awarded Hon’ble Minister of Railways Award in 2013.

Shri Neeraj Kumar Dohare has taken charge as Divisional Railway Manager of Solapur Division of Central Railway on 11/10/2022. Joined Railways on 30/11/1992 in Indian stores service (IRSS). He worked as Chief material Manager in HQ, Central Railway, Mumbai from June 2019 to 10/10/ 2022.Also worked as Chief Materials Manager, Konkan Railway corporation, Navi Mumbai from July 2018 to June 2019.
He is the head of the division who oversees the efficient functioning of all departments within the division, ensuring smooth operations of train services, and maintaining infrastructure and staff management.
His responsibilities include prioritizing the safety of passengers, trains, and railway infrastructure by overseeing safety protocols, inspections, and accident prevention measures, ensuring the safe and efficient running of trains within the division, including timeliness, monitoring and improving the quality of services provided to passengers, and dealing with operational disruptions.
He ensures coordination with other divisions, Zonal Headquarters and the Railway Board for smooth operations and policy implementations and he is the key representative of the Indian Railways within the division, interacting with local government bodies, businesses, and communities.

He has taken charge as Additional Divisional Railway Manager of Solapur Division of Central Railway on June 25, 2024. He is senior officer of Indian Railway Mechanical Engineering Service of the year 2005. Before assuming charge as Additional Divisional Railway Manager of Solapur Division, he worked as Deputy Chief Mechanical Engineer (Planning/Headquarters) at Western Railway Headquarters (Church gate).
He has worked as an Assistant Divisional Mechanical Engineer (Diesel) in Diesel Shed, Ratlam. On promotion and Divisional Mechanical Engineer in Surat (Mumbai Central).
In the year 2012, while working on the post of Divisional Mechanical Engineer/Surat, he was honored with the General Manager's Award for the excellent and commendable work done by him. Subsequently, on promotion he worked as Senior Divisional Mechanical Engineer on Ratlam and Rajkot Divisions.
He has experience of working on various important posts in the Mechanical and Safety Department.
Shri Rahul Gaur, IRSSE-2012

His responsibilities include coordinating all matters related to establishment, such as transfers, promotions, postings, training, and manpower planning. He manages work reviews, revenue budgets, PCDO, and meetings like PNM, PREM, and Rajbhasha. He also manages planning works in SUR division, including proposals for PWP, LAW, M&P, and all S&T projects, as well as managing signaling and telecom stores, including stock procurement.
He manages correspondence with HQ on matters related to the Railway Board, RDSO, VIP references, Parliament questions, and RTI. Additionally, he oversees works being carried out by other agencies like RVNL/RE/Construction.
